Attachments Tier List

Attachments are the multiplier on a gun you already found. PUBG Mobile Lite keeps the same Erangel attachment system as the main app, so M416 with a full kit behaves the same way on LIGHT. This list ranks attachments by how much they actually change a fight, not by how often they appear in a crate. Scope choice matters more than grip color.

The game is upcoming (official posts: mid-November 2026; App Store listing currently shows 12 November 2026). Erangel is in the first install. This page assumes you have a rifle; for gun priority, see weapons. For sensitivity ranges that make attachments readable on a small screen, see sensitivity.

Scope rankings

Red dot / Holographic — Best all-round. Clear, fast, and readable at close and mid range. A red dot on an SMG or an AR is the default sight for most players.

2x — Useful for players who want something between a red dot and a 4x. It is underused in casual play but effective for mid-range AR fights where a red dot is too short and a 4x is too long.

3x — The standard AR scope on Erangel fields. M416 at 3x is the default “I can spray and still tap” setup. It is readable on most phones without zooming too deep.

4x — For players who can track targets at mid-to-long range. M416 with 4x is still a spray gun; it is not a DMR. Use it on ARs when you are facing fields more than compounds.

6x — A DMR scope that some players put on an AR. If you are using an AR at 6x, you are holding spray. The 6x is for Mini14, SLR, and SKS, not for the M4 family.

8x — Bolt rifle territory. If you are putting 8x on anything other than a Kar98, M24, or AWM, you are compensating for a range problem your gun cannot solve.

Grip rankings

Vertical grip — Reduces horizontal recoil. Best for sprays (M416, Beryl, SCAR). This is the default grip for any AR that will be used at more than close range.

Angled grip — Reduces first-shot recoil and ADS time. Better for DMRs and players who tap rather than spray. Use it on Mini14, SLR, and SKS.

Light grip — Reduces shake. Useful for players who are already stable and want micro-refinement. It is the last grip you need.

Half grip — A compromise between vertical and light. Fine if you do not have the other two.

Rule: if you are spraying, use vertical. If you are tapping, use angled.

Magazine rankings

Extended mag (AR/SMG) — Adds rounds to the base magazine. M416 extended is 40 rounds instead of 30. That extra 10 rounds wins third-party fights without changing anything else.

Quickdraw mag — Reduces ADS time. Useful for SMGs where the fast ADS matters more than extra rounds.

Extended quickdraw — Best of both if you find it. This is what you want on an M416 in a crate.

Standard mag — Fine if the other options are not available. A full M416 with a standard mag is still better than a Vector without one.

Rule: extended over quickdraw for ARs in classic Erangel. Quickdraw over extended for SMGs.

Muzzle rankings

Compensator — Reduces horizontal and vertical recoil. Best for sprays. M416, Beryl, AKM — if you are holding trigger, this is the muzzle.

Flash hider — Reduces muzzle flash, slight recoil reduction. Use it if you are playing against players who can see muzzle flash from a distance. Otherwise, compensator wins.

Suppressor — Hides muzzle flash and reduces sound. Does not reduce recoil. Use it for stealth play or when you do not want to give position away. A suppressed Kar98 is harder to locate than an unsuppressed one.

Choke — Shotgun-specific. Not relevant for the AR/SMG/DMR meta on Erangel.

Rule: compensator for spray guns, suppressor for snipers who need positional secrecy.

Stock and other slots

Tactical stock — Reduces ADS recoil and ADS time. Useful for DMRs and ARs you intend to use at range. A lower priority than grip, muzzle, and scope.

** cheek pad** — For bolt rifles. Reduces recoil recovery time. Useful for players who tap quickly.

Arrow, Thumb Grip, and other rare slots — Treat these as bonuses when they appear, not as goals. They do not change a fight the way a compensator or a 3x does.

Full build priority by gun type

M416 / Beryl / SCAR (5.56 ARs): Compensator → Vertical grip → Extended mag → Red dot / 3x → Tactical stock

AKM (7.62 AR): Compensator → Vertical grip → Extended mag → Red dot / 4x

Mini14 / SLR / SKS (DMRs): Angled grip → Extended mag → 4x / 6x → Suppressor (for SLR and SKS) → Cheek pad

Kar98 / M24 (bolt): Suppressor → 4x / 8x → Extended mag → Cheek pad

Vector / UZI / UMP (SMGs): Quickdraw mag → Compensator → Red dot / Holo → Extended mag (Vector)

What this page will not do

It will not rank every grip variant as if color matters. A blue vertical grip is the same as a grey vertical grip. It will not invent “LIGHT-only attachments” because the attachment system is shared with the main app.

For the full loadout, pair this with weapons so the attachment priorities sit on top of a gun you have already ranked. For sensitivity settings that make a 4x readable, see sensitivity. For the match this supports, how to play covers zone and rotation.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers before you drop into Erangel.

Should I use vertical or angled grip on M416?

Vertical grip for spray. If you are tapping instead of spraying, use angled. Most Erangel players should start with vertical.

Is a suppressor better than a compensator?

No for ARs. Compensator reduces recoil; suppressor hides position. Use suppressor on snipers; compensator on spray guns.

What is the best scope for M416 in PUBG Mobile Lite?

3x is the standard AR scope on Erangel. Red dot works for close; 4x for fields. Start with 3x and adjust.

Should I prioritize extended or quickdraw mag?

Extended for ARs in classic Erangel (more rounds wins third parties). Quickdraw for SMGs where ADS speed matters more.

Are attachments different on the LIGHT client?

No. LIGHT shares the same attachment system as the main app. Rankings transfer directly.
